Le confort en général est de niveau moyen (literie, canapé..). Nous avons eu Roxburry 2 en première semaine où l'aménagement et le confort sont d'un niveau supérieur.
La piscine est très bien et très bien entretenue.
Le prix est élévé en compensation du confort.

House with private pool in Torre Vella 3 km from l'Estartit.
This beautiful rustic-style house has 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity for 7 people, 2 bathrooms, an independent kitchen and a living-dining room with a fireplace.
Outside there is a pleasant garden with barbecue, terrace and a magnificent swimming pool that will make you spend a refreshing vacation.
It is located at the top of the Torre Vella urbanization and from the first floor you can enjoy magnificent views. It is a quiet area and a few minutes from the Montgrí Natural Park where you can go on excursions and walks in the middle of nature.
Sheets are included in the price. You can also add towels to your booking (4 € per person)
GROUPS OF TEENAGERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
