Villa Pitusa is located below street level; the entrance on the first floor is accessed via a short staircase. You will find the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all on the same floor. With the mixed use of colours, the house has a very welcoming feel. The interior is authentically Spanish and functional; you will find your way around easily. Villa Pitusa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The villa has Wi-Fi, so photos can be shared immediately with everyone back home. The Serra Brava has a communal pool, tennis courts and a restaurant. Canyelles Beach is approximately 3 km away. Villa Pitusa has central heating and air conditioning; which you can use it for an extra 100 euros per week. If you want to make use of it, please let us know with your reservation. The pool features the "AGUASCENIC" system for the filtering of water, and as such, uses no chemical products. The Advantages? It does not taste or smell of chlorine, avoids irritating the eyes and skin, it also prevents bacterial growth and does not discolour swimsuits whilst disinfecting. Ideal for people with an allergy to chlorine. And if would like, after around 10pm, you can put on the pool lights and enjoy the beauty of the colour transitions. The surroundings of Villa Pitusa

You will simply adore Villa Pitusa, but the surrounding area will definitely appeal to you. Lloret de Mar is a really lively place in the evening, where you can experience the great nightlife. If you are after a quieter break, head further inland, where you can visit typical Spanish villages and mingle with the friendly locals. Nature provides plenty of bounty; rugged coastlines and green hills that are perfect for trekking or cycling. But for a more active holiday, there is much to experience: think golf courses, a large water park, a dolphinarium, riding schools and sports centres which are all in the nearby vicinity; you’ll never have a dull day! Tossa de Mar is one of the locations on the Costa Brava with the most remnants from the era of its creation, such as the fortress Villa Vella with its narrow streets and stairwells that have remained intact over the many years. Barcelona is 80 km away from Lloret de Mar; a hip, all-year subtropical location full of culture, Barcelona is a trend-setting city. Highlights include the Sagrada Familia, the gorgeous Parc Güell, Las Ramblas and the Picasso Museum. If you want to get the real city feel, you will enjoy the street performers on the Ramblas whilst taking a stroll through La Gótica district. The neighbourhoods are known to be “hip”, partly because of the bars and galleries, in El Born and El Raval. Remember not to miss the panoramic city view from the hill, Montjuïc.
The owners only come in the week-ends to clean the garden and pool and will use the same stairs outside before they are going to their own private part which is seperate it with a fence.
They will not disturb you and all facilities are only for the private use of the guests.
