La Mairena is a little town located in a quiet and elevated position, 7 km up the hill from where there are beautiful views of to Sea.
Away from city hassle and dazzle you experience a feeling of freedom in absolutely fantastic surroundings. The villa breaths balance into all corners and the interior and spaciousness of all rooms give you time and space in mind to absolutely relax.
The villa has 2 levels. From the entrance level, you have 2 big bedrooms with 2 great bathrooms to the left and right of the corridor. From the corridor, the staircase leads you to the ground floor level where the bright living area with a full glass facade towards the south, presents itself beautifully. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob and microwave.
On both sides of the living, the other 2 bedrooms are located towards east and west. One of the bathrooms has a big bath tub. The other bedroom has a wet room, where you can quickly take a shower after bathing in your private pool.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. All bedrooms have own exit to a terrace area.
From the living, you have access to a partly covered terrace with quality lounge furniture. From here a wide staircase leads you down to the private garden and pool area with shower.
There is a bar and tennis court in walking distance.
Distance to beach, supermarkets and bars etc. approximately 7 km.
Prices are based on 8 persons.
Extra bed/sofa bed:
It is possible to provide a sofa bed in this holiday home. Price Euro 75 including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for the entire stay is Euro 30 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 12 p. person. Ask the office.
