Nice and spacious apartment with beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea. Situated near Santa Maria Golf area, Marbella.
The apartment is located on the top floor and has 3 terrace areas with greatest views to the south, east and north.

When entering the property you find an open space area with dining, living and a fully and modern equipped kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, micro oven, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the lounge there is access through sliding doors to a spacious terrace with dining table for 6 people and a high ‘bar’ table for 4 persons.
From the terrace there are wonderful views over the Mediterranean.

There is WiFi Internet and tv set with IPTV with Scandinavian channels

The are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower.
The bedrooms have both 2 single beds of 90 * 200 cm
All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes.

This apartment has its own private parking inside the building. There is an elevator directly up to the apartment level.

There are towels and bedding for all guests.

The urbanization has 1 communal pool and a children's pool.

The apartment is near Santa Maria Golf Course, which is one of the most popular on the coast.

The urbanization is situated away from the noise of the A-7 a little ride up the mountain. It is approximately 2 km down the mountain to supermarkets, bars and restaurants and one of the best beach stretches of the Costa del Sol. Only 5 minutes drive to the world famous beach club ‘Nikki Beach’.

The apartment is approx. 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.


Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require changing of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. A minimum of 4 sets is required. Ask the office.
