This apartment is located in a front line complex and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a private terrace. A fitness centre inside the urbanisation and 50 m to a great beach area.
This apartment is located a stepstone from the beach and has facilities for 4 persons + 2 on a sofabed.

The open environment of kitchen, dining and living give a spacious impression. The kitchen is equipped though no dishwasher available. From the living, there is direct access to the terrace with a dining table for 6 persons and 2 sunbeds.

There are 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a sofabed in the living for 2 persons.

There are 2 bathrooms one with sink, toilet and shower and the other with sink, toilet and bathtub/shower combination.

The urbanisation is a gated community and has a grand outdoor area with a covered playground in the communal area. There are 2 communal pools where one of them is located nearly in front of the apartment. Very practical if you need to keep an eye on your children!

Also, there is a fitness centre inside the urbanisation, but not included in the price.

Within 650 m from the apartment, there is the centre of Elviria with bars, restaurants and a leisure park Aventura Amazonia where you can climb and swing between trees. Great Fun!.

You do not need a car with this property.

Distance to nearest shopping centre La Canada is approx. 9 km as well as the cosy old town of Marbella. It is approx. 18 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high-end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants is presented.

Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

Prices are based on 4 persons.

Extra bed/sofa bed:
There is 1 sofabed for 2 persons in the holiday home. Price Euro 75 per person including 1 set of bed sheets and towels. Ask the office.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. (min. 4 persons) Ask the office.

Payment: Credit/debit cards or bank transfer.

Sierra Nevada is a 2-hour drive from Marbella. You can easily drive back and forth on one day.

Normally Sierra Nevada closes on the first weekend in May.
