This holiday home is located in the well know urbanisation of El Rosario, within 5 minutes walking distances to the best beach in Costa del Sol.
This villa has a contemporaneous Spanish style and all rooms are at the same level, the entrance is wide and open. There is a cupboard with a mirror; in the front side of the entrance door, big windows bring light and nice view.
To the right is a dining room with a big table for 8 persons that continue to a comfortable living room with doors to a glass terrace and the exterior. There is a private pool, garden and a furnished terrace with a dining table for 6 and a build in BBQ.
The kitchen is fuelled equipped and a follow to the laundry room, by side, there is a bedroom with a double bed.
To the left 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, 1 WC.
1 bedroom is en suite with double bed, the bathroom has a shower
2 bedroom with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with shower and a bathtub.

For those of you with young children, there is a travel cot and high chair available on request for your use.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The total cost for one week stay is Euro 30 and for 2 weeks stay is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person.
