By the end of a beautiful small closed street the most authentic and beautiful villa finds it self down a green staircase to the beautiful front entrance of a very special and soul filled villa.

The villa is furnished in a luxury sharp style that complements the architectonical appearance of the house yet still kept authentic it has one of best views of the area of Nueva Andalucia as it possesses a 180 degrees view starting from the left side with the beautiful Sierra Blanca mountain then the lake, the sea view and ends out with a view all over the attractive golf courses of Nueva Andalucia.

The villa has in total 4 big bedrooms and 2 smaller extra rooms. On the upper first floor you will find the master bedroom that has access to a large terrace and an ensuite grande bathroom with a large bathtub and shower. Also on the upper floor there is a smaller extra room that has 1 single bed also with access to the large terrace.

On the ground floor the beautiful and light living room shows it self with panorama windows facing the fantastic views and the cosy outdoor main terrace. The living room is divided in a large sofa area on the right hand that has access to the pool area and a small covered terrace as well 1 bedroom that has an en suite large bathroom and access to the terrace. On the left hand of the living room the stylish indoor dining area is and that furthermore leads you to the kitchen area.
The kitchen is kept in a cosy summerhouse style and it is divided is a cooking area and prep area. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a very cosy vibe. The from the kitchen there is a small opening in the left corner that leads you into the 2nd small extra room, that also has an en suite bathroom.

Going back to the living room you can either walk straight out to the major terrace that on the left side has a large covered dining area with a large gas grill and next to that you have an openair lounge, perfect for enjoying the evening sun with a cocktail.

The last two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor, which you access from the living room area. The two bedrooms share a large bathroom and both bedrooms have a small French balcony.

The pool area is located on the main terrace upper sit side of the dining pool area. There are sunbeds first row that has the beautiful view.
