This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom townhouse is located 40 steps from the dunes along the Mediterranean sea. The beach stretches are fantastic and quiet. A natural oasis.

The property has 3 levels and its own private underground parking.

The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen and bright living room with dining facilities for 6 and a lounge. From the lounge there is access to a covered terrace with dining table for 6 persons and 2 sun lounges in the garden area. There is a BBQ available.

From the west orientated garden there is access to the community area, where in a distance of 30 meters the wonderful swimming pool is. The community provides sun loungers as well.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms and have both en suite bathrooms both with bath tub/shower combination and a single sink and toilet. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed of 1.60 cm. Last mentioned bedroom has its own little balcony.

The second floor contains a master bedroom with double bed of 1.80 and an en suite bathroom with bath tub combi shower, toilet and double sink. From the bedroom there is a private terrace with 2 sun lounges and with breath taking views to the Mediterranean Sea.

All in all a wonderful property with the best location to complement your relaxing holiday.
