In the ground floor there is a lounge dining room (with one single sofa bed and AIR- CONDITIONING), the open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom built under the ladder. In the upper floor is a double bedroom with terrace and sea views , a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
*To access the pool area and the main entrance for the house must be go up from the by stairs. Already at the top we find garden furniture (tables and chairs), sunshades and sunbeds. Portatil BBQ is available. Overlooks the sea, mountain and surrounding areas.
Parking for one car is inside the plot. outdoor parking on the street is available.

The beach of “Calaceite,” a small beach but with a lot of charm, is situated at 500 meters from the house so it is possible to make the way on foot . Other beaches nearby are only 5 minutes from the property.
