Een fijne woning. Uitzicht op zee. Goede ligging nabij de boulevard. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wordt netjes onderhouden inclusief de tuin en het zwembad. Garage met parkeergelegenheid is fijn. Voldoende restaurantjes e.d. in de buurt. La Caliza is een mooie gelegenheid. La Bouliche is vriendelijk en heeft lekker eten. Oasis strandbar kan je beter mijden.
Malaga, Fuengirola, Torremolinas en Malaga goed bereikbaar. Mooi huis voor een ontspannen vakantie. Proces van boeken en sleutel ging prima.
