Your villa near Calo d'en Real

A perfect house for a family looking for the advantage of living in a complex near the beaches. Semidetached house situated in Calo d'en Real complex, between Cala Vadella, and Cala Moli, only a few minutes driving from the west side beaches of the island. 25 Km from Ibiza town.

House of two levels

First floor:
Terrace with small pool of 3x3m and exterior dinning place. Living and dinning room. Very well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Separate W.C. 2 spacious double bedrooms (one in the main house and the second out side which can be reached through the interior patio, each one with complete bathroom)

Second floor:
Living room with fireplace and large terrace covered by a sail with view to the sea and outdoor living room. Shower. Very comfortable and nice decoration. House equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms. TV with Spanish channels.

Groups of young people are allowed in this villa
