Villa Kubo is located in the Caló d'en Real, between the beaches of Cala Vadella and Cala Moli. Kubo villa is built around a large central courtyard.

- Main house: A dining room with plasma TV, DVD and international satellite and access to the patio. American kitchen very well equipped with appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer ... Large terrace with dining area. Guest toilet. There are 2 large bedrooms and two other bedrooms, all of them are located between the patio and pool:
* 2 bedrooms each with exactly the same distribution: Entrance from the patio with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower en suite.
* 2 master bedrooms with king size bed, fireplace, access to the pool terrace and patio, dressing room and large bathroom with bath, separate toilet and shower en suite. One of the master bedroom has a TV. Each side of the patio has a master bedroom and a separate bedroom, and the rooms are connected indoors.

- Independent of the main house: Very large bedroom with double bed and a full bathroom with shower, dressing room and separate toilet. Terrace.

- Terrace by the pool: Large terrace with swimming pool 5x10 m, with 2 large seating area with cushions. Sunbeds. Large covered terrace with a sofa and dining place. Bar with barbecue and a fridge for a drink. Large natural garden with three Sabines and Balinese wood to chill out with a beautiful view of the cliff.
