House built in its day by renowned architect Joseph Luis Sert, Sa Totona is located on a hill on the outskirts of Ibiza with stunning views over Ibiza, the port, the beach of Talamanca and Formentera.
The newly refurbished house has two floors and an annex. We enter through the top floor where we find a large living room with windows facing the view and a dining room also with views. Both rooms have access to the terrace for table and chairs and a sofa with wonderful views. Also on the terrace there are two hammocks in the shade of a pine tree for siesta.
On one side of the hall there is the master bedroom with 2 single beds together and a bathroom with shower. Next to the dining room there is the complete kitchen and a small bedroom with 1 single bed with a bathroom with shower (ideal for service). Outside there is a shower, for the return from the beach.
The ground floor of the house has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each one, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. It also has an outdoor terrace.
The whole house and the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The Annex has its own entrance from the outside, and also access it through the garden. With a small sitting room on the ground floor and bathroom with shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds together and air conditioning.
It has a private pool 7 x 4 meters, but also a communal pool and a communal tennis court.
