The villa in Ibiza / Eivissa has 4 rooms and has capacity for 8 people. The villa is comfortable, has an exterior, and has 230 m². It has views to the garden and to the swimming pool.
It is located 1 km from SA CALETA sand beach, 3 km from CALA JONDAL sand beach, 1 km from SA CALETA supermarket, 7 km from IBIZA city.
The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural area.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, fence parcel, terrace, iron, air conditioning in the whole house, private swimming pool, open-air car parking (3 seats), tv, stereo. In the butane gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine are provided.
