Distribution on one level:
Dining room with table for 6-8 guests, satellite TV, fireplace, large windows leading to the terrace in front of the house and pool. It has air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen with laundry and storage room (with separate entrance)
1 master bedroom with double 1,50x2 m, with bathroom with shower en-suite, dresser and air conditioning.
1 bedroom with double 1,35x2 m
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (one bed 1,10x1,90 m 0,90x1,90 another m)
These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower located in the hallway
The entire villa has air conditioning. Cit and high chair
Exterior: saltwater pool surrounded by lawn, fruit trees, 6 sunbeds, ping-pong table. There is also a large terrace with al fresco dining area and sofa area, protected by diaphanous curtains and a Balinese bed.
Cleaning every 7 days.
