Your Villa in Ibiza
Splendid new house built 2011, close to Ibiza with extensive land and magnificent views over the old city and the sea.
Built in traditional style but with modern interiors with a very nice outdoor pool area with comfortable rattan furniture. Bathroom with outdoor shower.
The access floor the house has a spacious lounge with TV and stereo unit and exit to the garden and pool, a full kitchen with dining area and exit to the garden.
Two twin bedrooms in the rear with a share shower bathroom and a third double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Also with the outside direct exit
Upstairs the house has a master double bedroom, en suite bathroom, shower and a terrace with views.
In the basement the house has a fifth room , with options to be reconverted into bedroom with sofa bed for two people, television and games for children
From the 1st of July until the 14th of September 2015 the minimum stay is 14 days.
