A truly rustic Ibicencan style home with bohemian charm, set in the natural San Juan countryside, amongst an abundance of plants and trees, admired by many garden lovers. The décor of the house is simply hippy chic with vibrant colours contrasting against the white-washed stone walls.
The 8 x 4mts pool overlooks the countryside and pine forest, hidden in the garden you will find a cool chill-out area, ideal for those lazy afternoon cocktails. A stone-built BBQ is installed at the back of the house by the kitchen. There is also an outdoor dinning area off the small breakfast room.
Entrance to the house is by a covered porch and comprises of the following:
Dinning area leading to a small kitchen and breakfast room with access to BBQ and outside dining area. A main bathroom with bath. 1 double bedroom with double bed and Juliet balcony. Down a few steps to the small cozy lounge area with Juliet balcony, TV and WIFI.
Upstairs – 1st level: 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds
Upstairs – 2nd level: 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, small en-suite shower and balcony.
Separate External annex – situated at the back of the house near the BBQ is the 4th bedroom with double bed, small en-suite shower.
The house has ceiling fans in most bedrooms and mobile fans.
Location is ideal for those who want to relax and experience the true bohemian lifestyle of Ibiza.
Cleaning every 7 nights, with change of sheets and towels.
