Typical traditional villa with a defense tower of rural architecture (XVII or earlier). White and thick walls keep a naturally cool and airy feeling thanks to the stone and its high wooden ceilings of rural arquitecture.
In the lower part of the house there is a spacious living room equipped with TV-satellite, stereo and DVD with direct access to the terrace area, pool and barbecue. From the living room there is access to two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. There is also direct access to a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with twin beds (possibility of joining them or in a large double bed). At the top of the house there is another large terrace with chill out sofas and countryside views including sun rising and setting. 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Outside, there is a pool area with terrace, outdoor shower and sun beds. The garden area has two levels including chill out area, dining area, barbecue and sink. Parking for two cars.
