This traditional Casa Payesa, with all its character and great charm, is located on top of a hill, with splendid views of the sea, Porroig and Formentera in the distance, it is a haven of peace and tranquility.
The paved road leads us to the entrance of the house, which has a front area with a barbecue and a work table to enjoy the afternoons and the views.
The house has a porch at the entrance, a hall with satellite TV, leading to two bedrooms, one double (1.90x1.4 m bed) and the other single (0.9x1.9 m). Some stairs lead us to a third bedroom, also double (1.90x1.4 m bed).
The side hallway has two complete bathrooms (with large bathtubs), a fourth double bedroom (1.90x1.4 m bed) and a fully equipped kitchen, which has access to the porch. The three double bedrooms have air conditioning. The single room has a fan.
The exterior has a swimming pool (4x9 m) with hammocks and umbrellas, shaded area, outdoor shower, barbecue area, ping-pong table and a chill-out with fantastic views.
It is approximately 15 km from Ibiza, 6/7 km from the beaches and San José and 3 km from the supermarket.
Complete cleaning every 7 nights, with change of sheets and towels.
