The Villa is a very nice villa of 250m2 in one-level located on a plot of 6.500m2 very close to the village of San José. The views of the hills and mountains of the area surround the villa. The village of San José is located about 1.5km, which takes about 5min by car.
The west coast beaches like Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa, Cala Molí, cala Vadella and Cala d´Hort are located around 10-15 min from the villa.
The closest restaurants and supermarkets are in the village, about 5min away.
Ibiza city is located 20min away by car and the Airport is 15km away.
