Traditional house (1800) newly renovated located atop a hill with splendid views, and located in the San Juan.
Decorated in a modern way, keeping the style of Ibiza and gladly offers comfortable accommodation with all the services you need for relaxing holidays with a delicious rustic charm.
Surrounded by a pine forest, with large own grounds. The house has a nice pool of 8x4m with a porch / chill out, toilet and shower, sunbeds and parasols.
At the entrance of the house are a dining room (TV, satellite, DVD, Wifi, play-station II) through which we access the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher, dining room, and access to the rear which enjoy an patio with barbecue.
From the lounge Access 3 bedrooms.
The first one with double bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi, second with 2 single beds with bathroom with shower, and the third with a double bed and bathroom with shower.
In a bungalow attached to the house we find a comprehensive study prepared for disabled guests, a lounge with a fireplace built into the bedroom, with its own satellite TV, fridge and bathroom with shower.
The house also has a roofed parking for 2 people and 2 safes. The nearest beach is Benirrás. With playground.
Fully fenced and electric gate. Ideal to see the inside of Ibiza, the other side, relax and enjoy what the area has to offer.
