This magnificent house is located at the top of a mountain with impressive views over Ibiza the bay of San Antonio and part of the island of Formentera.

Esmerelda is situated 2km from the main road, up an asphalted path, near the popular village of Santa Gertrudis, in the very heart of Ibiza.
The villa is an imposing structure with a typical circular stone tower which forms a superb 360 degree vantage point from its huge picture windows.
There are extensive and very lovely grounds with tennis courts and plenty of terraces where you can just relax.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with an archway leading to a large dining room and an exquisitely furnished lounge area.
From here stairs lead up to two splendid double bedrooms with canopied beds and mosquito nets giving an exotic feel.
There is also a Moroccan style bathroom on this floor. The second floor consists of the master bedroom-suite with satellite TV, a shower room, dressing room and private terrace.
On a higher level of the house is an artfully decorated and colourful room, and at the very top, the circular tower with its comfortable "chill-out" furnishings and breathtaking panoramic views.
From one side of the tower you descend to the high level infinity pool with its lovely stone terrace and a shaded patio, here you have the sensation of bathing in the sky and relaxing at the top of the world.
Take your camera and climb the spiral staircase to the top of the tower for, still more, panoramic views over the island and sea.
Villa Esmeralda has internet access, so would be ideal for busy executives wanting to get away from it all and enjoy stunning vistas.
