Tastefully completely renovated finca of new construction, in a very quiet and elevated location, in a wonderful rural surrounding in the outskirts of San Carlos, approx. 10 minutes from the beaches Es Figueral, Aguas Blancas, Cala San Vicente and approx. 15 minutes from Cala Boix and Pou des Lleo.
Inside the house, the living room with chimney air-condition and tv, leads us to the 3 bedrooms: 1 twin with toilet, 1 double with toilet and dressing room, and another twin with full bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with tv and air-condition. Built-in and spacious cabinets. The roof is made of Sabina and olive tree, local wood.
From the living room we have access to the ample kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, vitroceramic cooker, electric ofen, chimney, dish-washer and a big table to eat and dine.
Next to the kitchen is an ample storage room with washing machine, and from the kitchen we have access to the porch with barbecue area.
Going up the stairs from the living room, we get to two more bedrooms, both doubles with full bathrooms, both of these bedrooms have their own independent terrace, and are also equipped with air-condition and satellite TV.
From the terraces there is sea view. The pool is behind the house, access through the porch, it measures 10 x 5 meters and has an exterior bathroom with shower, and another exterior shower with mosaic right next to it.
The plot is fenced in; the entrance gate is electrical with remote control.
