This traditional finca is set high on a large parcel of land with manicured gardens, giving it total privacy. The house itself is fully restored in traditional style with characteristic rustic charm.
Situated in the hills overlooking Santa Eulalia and San Carlos. Only 5 minutes driving to the beach and all amenities and 20 minutes to Ibiza town. At 35 km from our office situated in Cala Tarida.
Capacity: 12 persons.
Apart from the main house there is a self contained two bedroom guest house. The panoramic views from this commanding position are breathtaking.
- Main house:
Entry via a large dining room, all furniture throughout the house is antique rustic style.
The lounge incorporates a large traditional overhanging fireplace and separate sitting area, double doors access the main terrace, TV with French satellite channels.
Kitchen has stainless steel modern appliances inc dishwasher, and has direct access to covered terrace dining area.
Water is fresh via a natural spring and gas for cooking and hot water.

2 double bedrooms one with door to terrace, bathroom has double basins and bath with picture window to the sea vie, separate wc.
1 large double bedroom with separate section for extra beds, door to terrace, French satellite tv and babies cot.
1 small single room with door to terrace, bathroom with double basins and bath, separate wc.
1 main bedroom upstairs very spacious with double bed, tv, en suite with bath and double basins, direct access to private terrace.
- Guest House:
Stone paved terraces flow around house with various sitting areas with beautiful shade trees.
The large infinity pool is stunning.
Laundry and service room are independent and include tumble dryer.
Separate traditional stone built guest house has lovely lounge, fireplace, eat in kitchen including dishwasher both with doors to private terrace, covered dining area and spectacular views.
One bathroom with separate toilet.
2 double bedrooms one with en suite.
1 small bedroom with bunk beds.
All areas have plenty of light many with skylights.
