This charming villa is made more special because the owner is a professional decorator and has worked very hard on it. Sleeping up to 16 people and close to the cosmopolitan village of Santa Gertrudis, Casa Rosada is in a beautiful setting just 9km from the capital, Ibiza.
The house has two independent buildings attached to each other. The main villa has a huge kitchen, lounge and dining room all beautifully furnished and designed. The lounge is comfortable and the kitchen has all the appliances you will need for your stay. The top floor has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The bedrooms each have their own individual style and are enhanced by a clever use of space and colour.
The other house is smaller, has a separate entrance but has the same stylish design features. Here there are also four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a pleasant lounge.
Extending from the lounge there is a lovely, furnished chill-out area under the patio. T
he name Casa Rosada is derived from the oyster pink colour of the house walls. This works perfectly with the many bright colours used within. However, for the chill-out terrace, the owner has chosen white. A sail sun canopy provides shade for the pure white mattresses, there could be nothing more relaxing against the elegant green of the trees. The gardens around Casa Rosada are outstanding with beautifully manicured lawns and tall, mature trees.
The swimming pool is directly beside the houses and from there the woodlands go on for miles.
This villa would suit a large group of people who want to enjoy the countryside and everything the "Hippy" village of Santa Gertrudis has to offer, whilst being close to the shops and nightlife of Ibiza.
