A small, neat and quaint cottage in a traditional Mallorcan style, situated half way between the old town of Pollensa and its Bay and just 5 kms from Puerto Pollensa. This villa offers good holiday accommodation in a quiet country location. Set in its own small mature grounds with swimming pool, the house has two levels. There is a lovely covered terrace with an old Mallorcan bread oven and a portable gas barbecue which leads to the pool area. The swimming pool is terraced on one side and surrounded by small lawn area and plants. Ideal for parties 4-5 people.

Mallorca (or Majorca) is an island in the west part of the Mediterranean Sea. It is the largest island of the Spanish autonomous region of Balearic Islands or Baleares. The capital city is Palma de Mallorca. Steep rocky coastal formations are found in the west and the North Cape. The east and south coasts are characterized by the presence of many beaches and bays (calas). There are lagoons and bays around the marshes, the so called wetlands. Mallorca has several dune areas which changes its shape by constant wind and supply of sand. Other interesting places to visit are for example the resort city of Alcudia or Cap de Formenter.
