Damián is situated in the small and tranquil resort of Cala San Vicente, only approximately 800 mts from some of the best coves in Mallorca and the resort itself offering some lovely restaurants with magnificent sea views. Entering the property via a staircase you will find the living/dining room with sofas, Tv and DVD. There is a fitted kitchen, one bedroom with double bed and then 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, there are 2 bathrooms on this level. Going up to the next level there is another bedroom with a double bed and this room also has a terrace, you will also find another bathroom on this level.
The exterior has a small covered terrace and private pool.

 General Services Include:

-Weekly cleaning
-Towel-change twice a week
-Sheet-change once a week
-Maintenance of gardens and swimming pools
-Water, electricity and butane gas (if applicable) supply - included
-Technical service for maintenance and repairs
-Emergency contact 24 hours a day
