This new and spacious, comfortable villa is located on the hillside of the popular residential area of Gotmar, a mere fifteen minutes from the beaches, restaurants and shops. It is built on two levels with comfortable terraces and an independent lower floor, making it ideal for families who enjoy space and comfort. A long rectangualor pool complements the villa for those wishing to do lengths on holiday. Due to the different levens and the amount of steps in the villa, it is not recommended for young children or elderly people.

Mallorca (or Majorca) is an island in the west part of the Mediterranean Sea. It is the largest island of the Spanish autonomous region of Balearic Islands or Baleares. The capital city is Palma de Mallorca. Steep rocky coastal formations are found in the west and the North Cape. The east and south coasts are characterized by the presence of many beaches and bays (calas). There are lagoons and bays around the marshes, the so called wetlands. Mallorca has several dune areas which changes its shape by constant wind and supply of sand. Other interesting places to visit are for example the resort city of Alcudia or Cap de Formenter.
