Description
A delightful single storey stone villa set in the countryside close to the town of Pollensa. Large iron gates lead into a courtyard which takes you to the covered terrace and pool area.The entrance door opens into a lounge/dining room with high beamed ceilings and mallorcan features. The lounge looks out over the pool area. Next to the lounge is a small open plan kitchen, a bedroom that has a low sloping ceiling and a double bedroom with a very high ceiling. The shower room is located off the kitchen. Under the covered terrace there is a built in barbecue and Mallorcan oven. There are table and chairs ideal for outside dining. Lemon and orange groves and a very small banana plantation can be found in the garden. Pretty potted flowering plants give colour to the swimming pool area. The pool has stainless steel vertical rails both sides and Roman steps and a ladder step to get into the pool.
