The entrance leads to a bright and airy lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas around an open fire, TV, DVD/CD player, dining table which seats up to 10 people. French doors open out onto the pool terrace. Large and bright fully equipped kitchen which opens out onto the terrace which is perfect for dining alfresco. Dishwasher, microwave and external utility room with washing machine. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with a bath and a shower. On the first floor a large gallery landing overlooks the hall and leads to 4 beautiful twin bedrooms all with en-suite full bathrooms and air-conditioning. In the garden there are many relaxing and shady places with lovely views over the Pollensa countryside to the Puig Maria mountain. Large swimming pool 10m x 5m (depth: 1.1m to 1.9m) with curved Roman steps surrounded by sun terraces. Lawned garden area with tall palms, olive trees and Mediterranean flowers and plants. Vine covered dining terrace with a covered fully equipped barbecue area overlooks the garden. Pool shower, hot tub and table tennis.

This is a beautiful and relaxing villa located next to another of our villa (VP41-Apostol Nou – sleeps 8), so both villas are perfect to rent together for larger groups of up to 18 people.

Pollensa Old Town and the golf course are just a 5 minute drive from the villa and the beaches and resort of Puerto Pollensa are 10 minutes away by car.
