EXTERNAL: Large terrace with an 8X4 pool (1.20m min and 1.80m max) with Roman steps, outdoor shower and a toilet. It also has a portable barbecue to enjoy meals outdoors. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles on the same plot. LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet urbanization just 1.2 km from the nearest sandy beach as well as restaurants and a supermarket.
