The villa is located just 300m from town center, Urbanization Benicolada, very close to the longest beach in Calpe, to the promenade and all services. Outside area: Enjoy the beautiful garden with many different kinds of plants, the rectangular shaped pool with dimensions 7.5x4 with roman steps and an outside shower. Large covered terrace, ideal for meals with a small summer kitchen with two gas burners, fridge-freezer and sink. 1 portable barbecue. 1 bedroom with toilet, sink and washing machine.
Parking on the plot for 2-3 cars.
