On this floor there are also two air-conditioned bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds). The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view and the sun. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: Beautiful plot with pool area, ideal to relax on your vacation. There is a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged urbanisation, only 600 m from the beach of Puerto Blanco and only 1 km from the center of Calpe, the supermarkets and restaurants.
