The UPPER FLOOR is distributed in a large living room with air conditioning and access to the terrace; a wonderful fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and kitchenware. In addition, there are two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning (one of them with bathroom with shower en suite) and one bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERIOR: The villa consists of a beautiful pool area with sunbeds and an umbrella, ideal for cooling off the hot summer days. There is also a covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs.
DISTANCES: Villa ideal to not use the car, given its proximity to the MEDITERRANEAN SEA and its beaches (1,3 km), in addition to all services and Calpe town centre (0,7 km).
EXTRAS: Pets under 12 kg of weight are accepted with a supplement of 40€ per stay. There is also the possibility of accommodating 1 more person.
