LAYOUT: A single floor villa which can be access by stairs. There are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), an en suite bathroom and a shower room. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a fireplace. EXTERIOR: It has a plot of 1000m2 with lovely gardens and palm trees. A nice pool area and a furnished terrace from which you can enjoy the afternoon sun with a drink or a swim. There's also a barbecue area and a covered parking for our car. We can access a solarium that has amazing views over the Natural Peñon de Ifach. LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area and close to the sea. Just 1 km from the magnificent sandy beach of La Fosa. OTHER: Air conditioning in two bedrooms and living room. Internet WIFI.
