INTERIOR: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR in which we find a living room with SAT / DTT TV. A fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of them has direct access to the pool area. There is also a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large bedroom with two single beds with direct access to the solarium, offering views of the sea and the pool. Two bedrooms each with two single beds and one of them with access to the solarium. A bedroom with a double bed with access to a small balcony. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms.
EXTERIOR: This villa offers a fully enclosed plot in which is the 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. (The jacuzzi is not available) A covered barbecue and a covered terrace to enjoy outdoor meals. You can park up to 3 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area given the short distance to easily access the center of Calpe 2.2 km and the sandy beach at 1.6 km. The nearest supermarket is only 190 m away.
OBSERVATIONS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.
