Holiday villa with spectacular panoramic sea views with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, distributed on two independent floors.
INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists on the GROUND FLOOR of a spacious living room with Sat / DTT TV and exit to the covered terrace overlooking the sea. Separate kitchen equipped with gas fires and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds respectively and a bathroom with shower. In the UPPER FLOOR, accessed by external stairs, there is a living room with two single beds, a small open kitchen with gas and electric fires. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: You can enjoy a large 10x4 m pool with metal stairs and an outdoor shower. There is a built-in barbecue on the terrace to enjoy outdoor meals and a laundry room. The plot is completely closed. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a very quiet urbanization on the Oltá mountain. It will allow you to access the center of Calpe with ease, just 4.2 km away and 4.6 km from the nearest sandy beach. The nearest supermarket is 3.6 km from the house.
OBSERVATIONS: Free Wifi. Pets are allowed up to 12kg with supplement.
