The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large double bedroom with air conditioning and en suite bathroom with bathtub, which leads to the solarium with views to Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach.
EXTERNAL: The nice covered terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture, is ideal to spend the evening beside the 6x4 pool or enjoy a delicious meal, prepared in the built-in barbecue. There is outdoor parking for 2-3 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in the privileged area of Benicolada, a few meters away from the centre of Calpe, its services and its beaches: only 300m away from the nearest supermarket and town centre and just 700m to the beach.
