The UPPER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with a double bed with access to the solarium and bathroom with bathtub en suite, two bedrooms with two single beds in each. A little bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. In addition to a bathroom with individual shower.
EXTERIOR: Nice covered terrace with barbecue where there is also the 9x4 pool with metal stairs with enough space for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. There is parking on the same plot for 4-5 vehicles. The plot is fully fenced.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet urbanization called “Ortembach” a short distance from the center of Calpe, just 3.2 km away and the sandy beach 2 km away. The nearest supermarket is only 400 meters from the house.
