PRETTY VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for up to 6 guests.
LAYOUT: The villa is on one floor, where we can find three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds). We have three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath). The living room is very comfortable, has leather sofa and a fireplace. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. The bedrooms and lounge have air conditioned. Finally there is an enclosed porch with sofa and armchairs.
OUTSIDE: The house has an enclosed plot of 800m2 which we access through an automatic sliding door. With garden and space to park our cars. On the terrace where is the pool we found a nice gazebo with outdoor furniture, we also have another area with tables, chairs and umbrellas. We have a portable gas barbecue and an outdoor shower next to the pool . LOCATION: Located in a quiet urbanization called " Carrio " in Calpe , in a cul de sac and little traffic. 5min drive from the magnificent coastline and the sandy beach of Calpe.
