De Villa zou eens een opknapbeurt mogen krijgen op de kamer zijn achter de kasten plakwerk verwijdert door insecten en de bedden zijn oud de wifi is ook veroudert en er zou wel eens airco mogen aanwezig zijn wat mij het meeste stoort is dat er alle dagen vuil bladeren en naalden in het zwembad liggen van de buur zijn bomen die massaa lover het zwembad hangen

Pleasant holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor.
INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which remains closed and uninhabited during the rental. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT, air conditioning and access to the terrace overlooking the pool. A separate fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower en suite. Two bedrooms each with two single beds and air conditioning. Lastly, there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERNAL: Large covered terrace where the 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower is and a laundry room with a washing machine. There is also a portable grill for outdoor meals and parking for 3 vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet area, ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday. It is only 1.4 km to the sandy beach and the restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away and the center of Calpe is 4 km away.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
