There is also one air conditioning unit. This floor can be accessed either from the parking area or via the spiral staircase connecting it to the kitchen on the main floor (one person at a time). The MAIN FLOOR features a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher, together with the internal staircase leading to the ground floor. The spacious living room includes Internet TV and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The dining room seats six guests and enjoys pleasant views of the outdoor area.
