Additionally, the villa has a solarium where you can enjoy beautiful views, as well as a tennis court for the delight of sports enthusiasts. It is possible to park 6 vehicles within the plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located just 1.5 km from the centre of Calpe, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and all services. The nearest sandy beach is 2.4 km away.
