Rustic style villa with private pool located in Benissa for 6 people. The villa is located in a small and not crowded complex, located just 5 minutes away driving from Calpe and its beaches.
The villa consists of two floors separated by internal stairs. The ground floor is distributed in a charming living/dining room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen (gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kitchenware), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds Individual) and a bathroom with shower. It also has a nice summer kitchen with access to the pool area. The upper floor is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Outside: You can enjoy the large pool with Roman stairs as well as sunbathing in the pool area.
Distances: A short distance will allow you to reach the beach and its promenade (4.4 km) and Calpe town centre (5.3 km).
Extras: Pets under 12 kg are allowed with a supplement. It is possible to accommodate 1 more person with an extra cost.
