The GROUND FLOOR, access without stairs, is distributed in 4 apartments: each one of them consists of a well equipped american kitchen, living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and TV TDT / Sat, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a separate bathroom with shower and a separate terrace. Accessing through external stairs the HIGH FLOOR you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room with air conditioning, TV / TDT and access to the large partially covered terrace, a separate bathroom with shower and three double bedrooms with air conditioning, of which one has a bathroom en suite with shower and access to the terrace.
EXTERNAL: In addition to the independent terraces of each apartment, the villa has a large common terrace in which the covered area with bar stands out, where you can enjoy a delicious meal or have a drink next to the rectangular 8x4 pool.
LOCATION: The villa is located in the area of Garduix, with a privileged location given its proximity to the center of Calpe and its services (2km), as well as the sandy beach of Arenal-Bol (2.4 km).
