The villa has a large and beautiful plot of 890qm, fully fenced and with garden and a private swimming pool and a play area ideal for children. The total living area of the house is 250 sqm.
Main floor: (access via a few steps) Large living and dining room with comfortable sofas and TV with TDT / SAT and access to the covered terrace and pool, ideal for those wishing to enjoy outdoor eating. Large kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and utensils. A bedroom with double bed. A bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.
