In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR remains closed during the rental and uninhabited.
EXTERNAL: From the 9x4 pool with roman and metal staircase with the outdoor shower, you can enjoy the stunning sea views. There is a covered terrace and a portable grill to enjoy delicious al outdoor meals. On the same property there is parking for 2 vehicles.
LOCATION: This villa is located in an area very close to the sea, the restaurants and supermarkets, which is ideal to avoid the vehicle. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are within 500 meters and the sandy beach is 1.4 km away. Calpe city center is 1.1 km away.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
