Distribution: The villa consists of a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kitchenware), four bedrooms with air conditioning (two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds) and three bathrooms with shower (one of them en suite)
Outside: Beautiful flat plot with garden with plants and trees, in which is the 8mx4m rectangular pool with roman stairs. The BBQ area near the pool will allow you to cook outdoor meals.
Distances: You can reach in a short distance the exclusive and small beach La Calalga (500 m) or if you would prefer, the famous sandy Levante beach and its promenade (0.9 km), restaurants (0.2 km), Supermarket (0.5 Km) and Calpe town centre (4 km).
