Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms distributed in two floors connected by interior stairs.

INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR in which there is a beautiful living-dining room with Sat / TDT TV with direct access to the pool. Large independent kitchen with gas hob and access to the covered terrace and pool. A bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with bath en suite, a guest toilet and a laundry room. In the UPPER FLOOR which is accessible by internal stairs, we find a large bedroom with a double bed, dressing room, air conditioning and a bathroom with bath and shower en suite with access to the terrace. And another 2 bedrooms each with two single beds, one with bathroom with bath en suite and the other with bathroom with shower en suite.

EXTERNAL: The villa has a pleasant outdoor area furnished with taste and a 9x4 pool with roman stairs. There is also a portable gas barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles on the same plot.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet area called "La Empedrola" which at the same time offers calmness and proximity to the beaches and shops. It is only 4.5 km from the beach and the center of Calpe.

REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with an extra cost.
