There is also a bathroom with a separate bathtub and a toilet.

EXTERIOR: A large terrace with an 8x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is also a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. The plot is completely closed and has parking for two vehicles in it.

LOCATION: This villa is located in the urbanization Almendros, a few meters from restaurants and the sandy beach. It is located just 500 m from the nearest supermarket and 750 m from the restaurants. The sandy beach is 1.2 km away and the center of Calpe is 2.5 km away.
